Full color softcover book that features my thesis about daily rasisme, "The shades of a (Negro, colored, black, not white, the other)"

The Netherlands is not the small, innocent and tolerant country that many white Dutch people want it to be. The Netherlands is the land of invisible discrimination (microaggression), color blindness, avoidant behavior and the claim of innocence. The white Dutchman is never asked where they actually come from or complimented for speaking "very good Dutch. They will never be told “go back to where you came from” if they criticize the Netherlands. These kind of micro-aggression is what “the others” experience on a daily basis. When "the others" criticize The Netherlands, they are told, “We don't do that here in The Netherlands.”

The power structures in the Netherlands are so well entrenched during colonialism that they have an effective function in today's society. The Netherlands refuses to adapt to contemporary diversity.
